"I recently purchased a hot tub from Capt Brian's and I am thrilled and blown away by the service. Brian and his wife Divina helped me find a spa that fit my space and budget. They delivered a few days later as promised. Upon delivery and set up, Brian couldn't have been nicer. He helped level the surface and patiently waited to fill the tub and made sure it was operating properly before leaving. I probably shouldn't say this, BUT he refused the tip I offered him and said that being he is the owner he wouldn't accept it but did allow me to tip his helper. WOW!!
